About Kiran CNK

Author  |  Life Coach  |  Speaker

Kiran is a life coach, author of Sorry and Thank You, My Dear Inner Child, and also a storyteller. He started in a tiny town in India, struggling through undiagnosed dyslexia, colorism, and emotional neglect. He worked relentlessly for success, becoming a software engineer and later moving to the Netherlands in pursuit of a better life. Underneath all his success, however, he bore the silent pain of invisibility.

Today, Kiran shares his experiences to assist others in reconnecting with their inner child and cultivating self-love without shame. Defining his mission, he states, “I help people to break dysfunctional family patterns, set guilt-free boundaries & choose self-love as a mentor and life coach.” On his platform, KiranCnkOfficial on YouTube and Instagram, he posts strong observations on emotional healing, boundary setting, and self-compassion. His message is a balance of empathy and clarity, with heartfelt testimonies and practical advice. Kiran thinks that healing is not about fixing ourselves but about remembering who we were before the world instructed us to shrink. His book attests to this conviction and offers an invitation to others to start their own inner healing journey.

Reviews

This book reads like a mirror to the soul. The story is raw and honest, yet full of hope. What stood out for me is how the focus isn’t on perfection but on remembering who you are deep inside. It felt like gentle guidance rather than advice.

I loved the truth & vulnerability in these pages. The story made me reflect on my own life and childhood. It’s a book that offers comfort, courage, and clarity. A meaningful read for anyone looking for hope.
